**Mary Beth Jensen - Administrative Assistant**
	Family info: Married to Jim since 1987. We have 3 kids Julie, Rachel, and Tyler and a borrowed daughter Brittney. Favorite Biblical account: My favorite Biblical account is Jonah. Because God used him in spite of his disobedience and bad attitude. Hobbies: I love to scrapbook and do anything that involves spending time with my family. Why I’m proud to be a part of the Northside family: Northside is a great place to come and be loved for who you are and to work side by side with those who have the same passion as you do.

**Megan Fowler - Adult/Outreach/Involvement Administrative Assistant**
	Family info: Parents—David & Kathy Fowler, and brother—Steven (and his fiancé, Amanda) Favorite Biblical account: I love the story of Ruth and how she remained faithful to God’s plan for her life. It’s such an inspiration for me and how I need to remember that God has something planned that’s bigger than me. All I have to do is trust Him and remember “….That in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose” (Romans 8.28). Hobbies: I enjoy reading, running, hiking, being in the outdoors, spending time with friends and family and going on road trips. Why I’m proud to be a part of the Northside family: I love belonging to a strong, supportive community. We stand by each other through both the good and hard times. And at the very core of our foundation, that’s where Christ is found

Cathie Cooper - Worship/Student Ministry Assistant

Family info: John (husband of 25 years), Nichole, (soon to be adding Caleb Hatfield) and Carina
Favorite Biblical account: I like the account of Moses. He chose to follow a path that his (Egyptian) family did not agree with or understand. He became a reluctant leader who God used to shape His nation. He was not perfect and he had a temper. God used him anyway – this gives me great hope that I can make a difference for God with all of my faults and temper as long as I continue to show up for “work” everyday.
Hobbies: I like to cook, walk, lift weights (sports in general) and do Taebo/Turbo Jam with Carina
Why I’m proud to be a part of the Northside family: I believe it is a place where worship occurs and hearts are changed and God is being glorified through His family of Believers. It is exciting to be a part of that kind of atmosphere.

**Faith Williams - Children's Ministry Assistant**
	Family info: Married to Mark since 1982 and we have 4 amazing children Betsy, Kristy, Luke and Maggie. Favorite Biblical account: I love the entire account of Christ’s birth, but especially the response of Mary in Luke 1:38 where she says, “I am the Lord’s servant”. Hobbies: I enjoy scrapbooking and sewing – I especially have fun making pajamas for my family at Christmas . Why I’m proud to be a part of the Northside family: I love both Northside’s care and conviction. The people here are simply amazing and truly are family. I also am proud of the fact that Northside stands on God’s word without compromise.

**Marsha Meeker - Children's Ministry Assistant**
	Family info: Wife of Bob, mom of Aislinn and Dereck Favorite Biblical account: My favorite picture of Jesus is in John 8. The Jews were challenging Jesus about who he is and who they are. Jesus ends the “conversation” with “…before Abraham was born, I am!” What an inflammatory statement to make! I love that boldness! This gives me a glimpse of Jesus’ personality and makes him a real person to me! I pray I could be that bold! Hobbies: Anything that involves being with my family! Plus gardening, reading, hiking, swimming. Why I’m proud to be a part of the Northside family: This is a Christ-loving family. When I look around at the people I work with, play with, learn with, pray with, I think… this is what Heaven will be like! It’s a joy and an honor to be surrounded by such faithful servants!

**Miriam Phillips - Children's Ministry Assistant**
	Family info: Husband-Drew, Children-Anna, Grace, Caroline. Favorite Biblical account: There are so many! But right now I am working on a lesson about Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego and I am always struck by their faithfulness to the Lord. Daniel 1:8 says that “Daniel resolved not to defile himself with the royal food and wine…” All four of these characters impress me with their resolution to do the right thing. That is something I want for myself and my family. Hobbies: I know that I used to have them! Right now, I guess my family is my biggest hobby. Cooking and reading have always been my favorite activities. Why I’m proud to be a part of the Northside family: I very much enjoy being a member and working here at Northside. It is so important in my faith to be surrounded by people who are committed to the Lord in the same way that I am. I could not be more blessed than to have co-workers who are encouraging, friendly and striving toward the same goal…Christlikeness.

**Diane Harp - Children's Ministry Administrative Assistant**
	Family info: Husband- Gary; 3 sons, 5 grandchildren Favorite Biblical account: Ruth- Ruth was faced with a very difficult choice after her mother-in-law’s husband and 2 sons died. Naomi was leaving all she had and the people she knew and going back to her homeland. She told her daughters-in-law to go back to their mothers. Orpah decided to do that but Ruth said she would never leave Naomi. She chose to follow God and He rewarded her for her faithfulness and kindness. I think we can learn from this story that although life choices are not always easy we need to have faith that God will see us through the hard times. Hobbies: Reading, walking, and gardening Why I’m proud to be a part of the Northside family: I have the chance to see how God is working in this church. We keep growing in number and we have such a strong network of volunteers who are willing to put in their time where they are needed. People are truly caring and have really made such a difference in my spiritual life. I know God truly led me here.

**Carina Cooper - Student Ministry Assistant**
	Family Info: Parents: John & Cathie, Sister: Nichole, Brother-in-law: Caleb, Fiancé: Jordan Favorite Biblical Story: There are so many that come to mind! Over the past year, I have had the privilege to study the book of Acts both in College Age Bible Study and with the Jr. High and High School kids on Sunday mornings. While I had read much of this book before, I loved really digging deeper into what was going on in the early churches. Paul was so connected to God that he had confidence traveling to places where his life would certainly be in danger in order to share the message of Christ. He also had such an undeniable passion and love for Christ that he couldn’t help but share the Good News with those he met. These stories have inspired and challenged me in my own relationship with Christ, always making me ask if I am living in such a way that I can’t help but share my passion and love for Christ with others as well. Hobbies: In my free time, I love spending time with my friends and family! Why I’m proud to be a part of the Northside family: I feel blessed to be able to work and lead here at Northside. It is amazing to see the passion for Christ that the staff and especially the volunteers have. Whether it’s helping with VBS, leading the Jr. High, teaching an ABF, or volunteering for a special event, it is clear that the members of Northside are committed to sharing the message of Christ and what He has done in their lives with others. I am also proud that we are committed to sharing truth and standing firm on Scripture.
