WHO WE ARE
The New Creations Adult Bible Fellowship (ABF) is a community of believers within the larger body at Northside Christian Church. As an ABF, we have a three-fold purpose:
(1) Bible study: We meet every Sunday morning at 10:00am in room 102 to study the Bible in a discussion format emphasizing practical application that changes the way we live Monday through Saturday. (2) Care/Fellowship: We love one another. Activities such as camping trips, class fellowships, and small group meetings develop deep friendships. We rejoice with those who rejoice and mourn with those who mourn.
(3) Mission/Outreach: Following Christ's example, we care for those outside the ABF and the church through various outreach activities.

Esther lives with her father and mother. Her duties at home include cleaning. There are 2 children in the family. Her father is not employed and her mother maintains the home. Esther is not presently attending school. Listening to music is her favorite activity. She also attends church activities regularly. 0
Esther lives in the community of Lazile, home to approximately 42,000 residents. Typical houses are constructed of dirt floors, brick walls and sheet metal roofs. The regional diet consists of maize, beans, fish, bread, rice, bananas, potatoes, goat, and vegetables. Common health problems include coughs, fever, and diarrhea. Most adults in Lazile are unemployed but some work on plantations and earn the equivalent of $35 per month. This community needs schools, employment opportunities, and qualified teachers. Your sponsorship allows the staff of Lazile Child Development Cneter to provide Esther with Bible teaching, medical care, recreational activities, social events, and formal and non-formal education. 0

New Creations Road Rally
Friday, July 14 was the New Creations Road Rally (scavenger hunt) at Northside Christian Church. Three groups set out with a list and a digital camera. All groups came back with more people than they started with. Two groups brought back strangers. And one group brought back a Peep (gag!). In the end, it was group three taking the victory, narrowly defeating group 2 by a peep!
