Senior Minister
Robin began his ministry at NCC on January 1, 1984. Robin is a graduate of Kentucky Christian College with a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Ministry. He is married to Paula and their three children grew up at NCC. Daughters Crystal and Candace are graduates of Kentucky Christian University and are teachers and son Jordan is attending Wayne College.

Minister of Administration
Ernie has been on the staff since 2003 after completing a career in industry and serving as an elder for 8 years. He is a graduate of the University of Akron with a BA in Business. He and his wife Vicki have attended Northside for eleven years. His daughter Traci and her family attend NCC and his daughter Amy and her husband minister at the Rittman Christian Church.
